Principle Of Operation
The CF (Combined Frequencies) series is a microprocessor
based instrument that provides continuous monitoring and
detection of ultrasonic frequency (in kHz) and cavitational
energy (in w/Ref through reference of w/L) in a liquid
medium of an ultrasonic cleaning bath. It employs a fixed
probe position or handheld probe to ‘walk’ through surfaces.
Tank Mapping or Profiling
A mapping tray is available with a matrix of position
to study the cross sectional profile of the ultrasonic
cleaning bath. With the tank being mapped, hot or dead
spots problem could be easily identified. This may also
help to provide information of mechanical problem like
weak transducer bonding or even area of low energy level.
Easy Installation and User Friendliness
It is available in both handheld and panel mounted unit
to suit different
requirements of data collection. The controller also provide
a dual brightly lit LED display that can be visible up
to several meters away. NO maintenance is required for
the probe or the controller at any one time.
Cost Effectiveness
The low cost yet reliable instrument that offer a total
process control of an ultrasonic cleaning system that
has never done before. With the reliable data collected,
one can made a good judgment performance of the ultrasonic
